HOW LONG DOES A RESERVE LAST?
Reserves are held for ten business days from receipt of paperwork and will expire automatically.
CAN A RESERVE BE EXTENDED?
Yes. If requested, we will extend once for an additional ten business days. Any additional requests will
be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR A CFA?
Cuttings for approval typically take four to five business days to reach a client. CFAs are recommended for all leathers and are required for pure anilines.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR SHIPPING IN-STOCK LEATHER?
In stock items typically take five to seven business days.
WHAT ARE YOUR ACCOUNT TERMS?
All accounts are proforma. We must receive payment in full prior to shipping.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Authorized returns will be accepted within 30 days from date of invoice. A 25% restocking fee will be placed on all returns. We will not accept returns on leather that has been cut or treated.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR OVERAGE?
No. We do NOT charge for overage.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
The minimum is one hide, unless otherwise specified in the price list.
ARE CUSTOM ORDERS POSSIBLE?
Yes. Please contact us for more information.
CAN ORDERS BE RELEASED WITH A FREIGHT BALANCE?
No, orders must be paid in full to ship.
WHAT IS YOUR FOB POINT?
Please note any additional policies and/or procedures needed to follow when working with your company: reserves will automatically expire after 10 business days. We provide cuttings and highly recommend them on most leathers. No return of merchandise will be accepted if a cutting has been waived. All prices given are net wholesale.
